SCOTT SPEARS has worked in film and video production for over twelve years. He received a MA in Cinema from Ohio State University and has since then shot nine feature films, numerous short films, various commercials, and music videos. Scott won an Emmy® Award for his photography on the short film “The Birthmark”, which aired on PBS in 1994, and the short film Chekhov's Gun screened at the Dublin Film Festival to rave reviews. The feature film “A Letter From Death Row”, starring Bret Michaels, Martin Sheen, and Charlie Sheen, which Scott shot, can now be found in video stores nationwide.

Some of Scott's video work includes videography on the 20th Century Fox comedy short "Sammy: the Screenplay," starring Jason Alexander and Rob Schneider and "Titanic," starring Patrick Stewart, which won Best Documentary at the Interactive Academy Awards®. Scott is also one of the writers for the “Dark Between the Stars”.
